Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. It is short because the site does little: a contact form and an assistant you can type into. Nothing else here collects data about you.
Who is responsible
MATHIL d.o.o., Gojka Radonjića 33, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, is the controller of the data described here.

What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, the project type, its location, its current stage, and your message.
We also store which language version of the site you used and which page you submitted from, so we can reply in the right language and understand what you were reading.
If you use the assistant in the corner of the site, your messages and its replies are stored so we can see what people ask and to limit abuse. Your IP address is not stored; only a salted, irreversible hash of it, used to count requests. Your messages are sent to Anthropic, which runs the assistant model, and are not used to train it.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing profiles you as you browse.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to prepare an offer and correspond with you about your project. That is the only purpose.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawing does not affect anything done before you did.
We will not send you marketing, and we will never sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months.
If we end up working together, correspondence is kept for as long as the project and the record-keeping periods required of a construction company demand.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Who else can see it
The website and its database run on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which acts as our processor. The database is located in the European Union.
Our email is handled by Google. If we reply to you, that reply passes through their systems.
The assistant on the site is powered by Anthropic, which processes the messages you type into it. Nobody else receives your data: we use no advertising networks and no analytics providers.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for a copy in a portable format.
Write to info@mathildoo.me and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Montenegro's Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, or to the supervisory authority in your own country if you are in the EU.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection. Access to the enquiry database is limited to the company.
No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send us copies of identity documents, bank details or other sensitive material through the form. If we need those, we will agree a safer route with you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to data already collected.
